This city is timeless: it seems like the Bohemian lifestyle of a hundred years ago is still alive and yet it feels so incredible modern. It's like the city was built during centuries and at some point they decided: "Now it's perfect. We stay like this". And since that point, nothing changed. Except that everything is miraculously modern.
