It was a bleak day in November 2008. Arriving at the train station of Bratislava, the first impression was dull and somber. The socialist architecture which made an ensemble of grey, just across the river, didn't really help to lighten up the city. Even more impressive that only a few years later and some reparations done in the centre, Bratislava would turn into a wonderful cozy city.
